The Day program cost is $975 for the entire three-week experience. The Extended Day program (which includes the Day program) cost is $1,200 for the entire three-week experience.

DROP OFF begins at 8:30am and PICK UP is at 2:45pm*

*(if you are enrolling in the EXTENDED DAY OPTION during Session 1, the pick-up time is 4:45pm)

The online application requests that you provide 2 people who are listed as emergency contacts in the event you are unable. They will be listed as authorized people who can pick up your child. If you would like to add additional people who are authorized to drop off or pick up your child, you will contact our program team to add additional people.

Unfortunately, walking to/from the program or bus stop location is not permitted due to safety concerns.

As part of the online application, you will select 6 courses and rank them in order of your child’s preference. Using your choices, we will develop a schedule for the 3 weeks and your child will be scheduled in 4 courses.

Yes, please make sure you select entirely different courses. This will ensure that you have a new and different experience.

Children are grouped by their CURRENT grade level into their courses.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee placement with friends as there are so many variables that impact the scheduling process.

The program is structured as a progressive experience with each day and week building upon the work completed during the prior days/weeks. For this reason, delayed or limited enrollment would result in an incomplete experience.

We request that parents provide all snacks, drinks and lunches for their child.

Due to privacy issues, we are unable to provide the contact information for our participants.

There will be a variety of activities such as arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, Kahoot, stories, movies, music and more. Weather permitting, the kids will also have an opportunity to be outside for an assortment of games using parachutes, balls, hoops, sponges, buckets, water, balloons & more.

The lunch break will include a variety of activities structured to foster social engagement. Whether it be in small groups, teams or individually, students will have the opportunity to participate in a series of indoor and outdoor events created by the staff.
